Wilmette Pet is now offering a convenient new way to order your pet food and supplies online and have delivered to your door within our local delivery area. (see locations below) We offer easy access to high quality pet foods and supplies, along with our recurring delivery program that ensures you never run out of food.

Simply order via this site. You may choose a one-time delivery or opt for recurring deliveries to ensure you never run out. We will deliver everything right to your door. (**some exceptions apply, please see below)
Delivery is available seven days a week, with same day delivery when ordered by 2:00 pm.
Free delivery with minimum purchase of $50.00 before sales tax; otherwise a delivery charge of $7.00 will be applied.
(No deliveries on major holidays. Recurring deliveries will be made on the next available day.)
Usual delivery times are between the hours of 2:00pm to 7:00pm. As much as we would like too, we cannot give an exact delivery time, but we will let you know when it has arrived. If your delivery is not temperature sensitive, we can leave your delivery at your front door or anywhere you feel would be safe. If you have perishable items such as frozen pet foods, our staff will arrange a delivery window and call first before we deliver. At time of drop off, your items will be placed in a secure location in a weather protected bag. We cannot be held liable for unknown circumstances such as theft or damages due to humans or wild life.
All in store items are available for delivery, including live feeders and fish. Due to husbandry and age issues, certain live animals cannot be delivered, but please stop by the store at any time to talk with out trained staff. To ensure safe delivery of live foods and fish, we will call and make arrangements for delivery to ensure someone is home.

Return and refund policy:
Wilmette Pet guarantees all of our products within 30 days of purchase. Please call or email us to arrange for pickup of the return. For your security, we do not have access to your credit card information, so we will need to be given your payment information verbally to perform returns. We can also issue a store credit for your future purchases. All defective items need to be with its original packaging. For items that are not defective, products must be in resaleable condition in unopened packaging.
We extend the same 2 week guarantee on live fish, but must be returned to the store. Bring in your receipt, along with the problem fish, and a separate water sample from the affected aquarium. Once good water quality or compatibility is achieved, we will replace the fish for the same, or one of equal or lessor value. A fish credit may be issued until the cause of the problem has been resolved., One time replacement only, not valid towards merchandise. No cash value.
